Marquette County court dockets and case records are split among the Clerk of Circuit Court, the courts that hear each matter, and Wisconsin's statewide case-search services. Choosing the proper record holder is often the hardest part. This private reference site organizes the official portals, local addresses, telephone numbers, and request steps so visitors can reach the right public office with less confusion.

Why We Built This Site

Wisconsin permits broad public access to many court records, yet the useful item may sit with a different office or system. The Marquette County Clerk of Circuit Court keeps the trial-court record, while judges set hearings and decide cases. WCCA publishes statewide circuit case information, and WSCCA separately covers appellate matters. Municipal citations use local court channels. Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
